For families caring for children or young adults with disabilities, an Emergency Responders Kit (also known as a Safety Plan) provides much-needed peace of mind.
In an emergency, this simple tool helps caregivers and first responders know what to do, what to expect and who to call. A Safety Plan is a lifeline that travels with your loved one wherever they go.
Unable to find a printable Safety Plan that worked for her son, San Diego County mom Rosie Haggerty created her own.
