Rowe Lane District Volunteers of the Year
Congratulations to our Rowe Lane District Volunteer of the Year, PTO President Rachael Davis! We are incredibly fortunate to have Rachael leading our PTO this school year, supporting engaging community events and showing amazing support to our RLES staff.
We also extend our congratulations to Mike and Melissa Brown, our Rowe Lane District Business Partners of the Year! We are grateful for their generous support and the delicious Frios Gourmet Pops they've provided during Teacher Appreciation and school events.
Rowe Lane Earns an “A” Rating and a Distinction for the 2023–2024 School Year
We are proud to share that Rowe Lane Elementary has been awarded a Distinction Designation for Top 25% in Closing the Gaps based on the 2023 Texas Accountability Ratings issued by the Texas Education Agency (TEA). This distinction recognizes campuses that demonstrated outstanding progress and achievement in student academic performance compared to similar schools across the state.
Being in the Top 25% for Closing the Gaps highlights the substantial efforts in narrowing achievement gaps between different student groups, reflecting the dedication of our teachers, staff, and students to continuous improvement and high outcomes for all students.
This recognition reflects the hard work and commitment of our entire Rowe Lane Elementary community—students, staff, and families—toward academic excellence. Congratulations to everyone on this outstanding achievement!
