Hello Families!

Welcome to the Conley Crew!
I’m so excited to be joining the Kindergarten Team at Sage Canyon Elementary! I’ve spent the last eleven years teaching first grade at Soaring Hawk Elementary, but I actually began my teaching career in Kindergarten in Aurora—so it feels a bit like coming home.

This will be my sixteenth year in the classroom, and I truly love what I do. Teaching young learners is a joy, and I’m passionate about creating a warm, safe, and engaging space where students can grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

A little about me: I live in Castle Rock with my husband, Shawn. I’m part of a big, fun-loving family that includes four grown children, two daughters-in-law, a son-in-law, and three wonderful grandsons!

Outside of school, my family and I love sports, camping, fishing, movies, country music, and most of all—spending time together.

I can’t wait to get to know your children and your families as we start this exciting year together. Here’s to a fantastic year in Kindergarten!

Join us for our fall Meet-the-Teacher night. See you child's classroom and learn about the program for the year.

Event Information - Balanced Beginnings:

Ease into kindergarten with a staggered start and small group opportunity, where kinder kiddos will meet teachers and other students, become familiar with the school, and learn about routines. Four sessions will be offered before school begins. Look for more information soon!
