Hello, my name is Denise Brush. I have been a preschool teacher for NRESC at Pompton Lakes Daycare Center for the last 4 years. Previously, I worked in the Before/After Care program while working for the Pompton Lakes School District in the autism program grades pre-k through 12. I taught kindergarten and first grade as well at the start of my teaching career. I also hold a B.A. in Business Administration and worked in the corporate world before teaching. I have lived in Pompton Lakes for 27 years and have two adult children, ages 24 and 20.

I love teaching children ages 3-5! There is never a dull moment! It’s exciting to see each child grow and learn each and every day. I’m excited to be part of the expanding preschool team. Welcome Ramapo Ave Learning Center.

Hi, my name is Denise Campos and I am a teacher assistant at Pompton Lakes Daycare Center. I work side by side with the head teacher Denise Brush to bring a fun and exciting learning experience to your children. My favorite part of the day is when we sing and dance. I have been with NRESC for 20 years and enjoy seeing former students knowing we had a part of shaping their future. Outside of NRESC I have 3 children ages 27, 25, and 20 and 2 fur babies. I look forward to being with your children every day.

Hi, my name is Taylor, and I have been a pre-k teacher for 8 years. I love watching the children learn and grow. I love to be hands on but also promote independence. I like to have fun with music, art and food projects!

Hello, families! My name is Ms. Kerri, and I am so excited to be a teacher’s assistant in Ms. Taylor’s classroom this year! I am a proud mom of two boys, and after working in the medical field for most of my adult years, I took a few years off to be a stay-at-home mom. Now, I’m thrilled to be in the preschool classroom, supporting our amazing teacher and spending my days with your wonderful children. I love watching them learn, grow, and explore the world around them. Looking forward to a fantastic rest of the school year!

In the event that Pompton Lakes, Riverdale, or Woodland Park School Districts deems it necessary to call for school cancellations, closing, delays, or early dismissals due to inclement weather or any other natural or environmental emergency, please refer to the following:

Cancellations/ Closing: No Daycare, Before/ Aftercare

Delayed Opening: Pompton Lakes( before care will be available at 9 AM)

Daycare will begin at 10:00

No Before School Care for Woodland Park and Riverdale

Early Dismissal due to inclement weather: No After School Care

Daycare will close at 1:00

Please plan accordingly.
