Wildwood PTAs favorite event returns October 24th!
Join us for an evening of games, inflatable slides, a petting zoo, bubble fun, food and dessert, a silent auction, and fun with our school community!
In order for an event of this magnitude to come together, many volunteers are needed to lend a hand. We invite every Wildwood family to find a way to serve in some capacity by contributing to the event or working a shift at our Fall Fest. Even former students are invited to sign up to work the alumni booth or another volunteer position of their choosing.

We Need Your Help!
Please take a look at our Fall Fest Volunteer SignUp. We are in need of a lot of volunteers throughout the night to make our Fall Fest run smoothly. We encourage every family to help and take at least one shift for the evening. Each grade is assigned one booth to man throughout the night. We also have slots to help with selling drinks, helping out at the inflatables, selling goodies at the bake sale, and one of the most important jobs - helping with clean up at the end of the night. We appreciate all your help in making this a fun night for the whole family.

Fall Festival Bake Sale
Calling all bakers (or buyers!) Please sign up below to donate baked goods for our bake sale. Details can also be found in the link below. (Note: we will be doing a "Squishmallow" Walk, sponsored by the 5th grade classes, in lieu of the Cake Walk this year, so we don't need cake walk donations).
Punch Cards & Wristbands
Our PTA website is the one-stop-shop for purchasing Punch Cards & Wristbands for the Fall Festival
New this year! No more loose tickets to lose! All activities will either be played using a punch card OR wristband. The value has not changed- one punch is the equivalent of 2 tickets in previous years.
Any punch cards or wristbands pre-purchased will go home with your student on Wednesday 10/22- 10/24.
Punch cards and Wristbands will be available for purchase at the Fall Fest- but save yourself time and purchase online!
Wristbands: $20
Unlimited access to:
Inflatables, Rock Climbing Wall, Dodger Training Academy booth
Punch Cards: $5 each
Each punch card contains 15 punches for games
Soak Seat: 5 punches
Squishmallow Walk: 3 punches
Face Painting: 3 punches
Game Booths: 1 punch

The Fix on Wheels (burger food truck)
Handel's Ice Cream Cart
Plan to bring extra cash for our Bake Sale! All items are donation based and 100% of bake sale proceeds go directly back to Wildwood!
There will also be a variety of drinks for sale.

Please make sure to fill out and bring the waiver below if you are planning to use the inflatables or do any rock climbing at Fall Fest.

Our Room Parents are working hard collecting donations for class baskets. If you (or someone you know) has something awesome to donate to our auction- we would LOVE to include it. Think- a weekend at a Big Bear cabin, Rams tickets, restaurants, experiences, etc!
Our auction will go live at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, October 22 and it will close on Sunday, October 26 at 8:00pm.
There will be designated pick-up times for items purchased the week after Fall Festival. Please note items will be for local pick-up only.
