Dear Families,
As a reminder, we do not have school tomorrow, Friday April 18th. We hope the kids have a nice long weekend and a Happy Easter!
This week started out with Mount Vernon High School Track team members cheering our students on for the first week of state testing. It was nice of them to come out and show support as they knew what it felt when they took the OST in elementary school. The 4th and 5th completed their ELA OST on Tuesday and Wednesday. They all worked so hard, and we are SO proud of them! We continue testing next week, and the schedule is below for your reference.
Lastly, Kindergarten Registration for Wiggin Street is next Thursday, April 24th. If you know of a student that will be attending next year, please have their parent contact the school to schedule an appointment.
Happy Easter,
Christy Grandstaff
If you have a dog you would like to register in the parade, sign up below!
The dog parade which is held every semester is meant to be a community wide event and they love having people of all ages there to watch the dogs and to walk their own dogs in the parade.
Please make sure that all appointments are scheduled around these dates as it is difficult to get all makeups done with lots of absences.
