Cameron Ranch Falcon Connection

November Edition 2024

Cameron RanchFalcon ConnectionNovember Edition 2024

Greetings Falcon Community, Greetings Falcon Community,

zoom_out_map

It's time to gear up for family-teacher conferences the week of November 18-22, 2024 with a 12:20 dismissal all week. This is the perfect time to connect with your child's teacher to learn about first trimester successes and how you can support learning at home. We value this time to build understanding and partner with families. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you still need to schedule your conference.

During the months of November and December, our school-wide character focus is to Aim High and Achieve. The leadership students introduced the new theme during our community assembly last week, and shared examples with the whole school.

November and December bring opportunities for students to discover more about their place in the world by learning how Our Traditions are Important. Teaching children about traditions in the classroom fosters cultural awareness, promotes respect for diversity, and helps build a sense of community and belonging.

National Native American Heritage Month is celebrated each year in November. It's a time to celebrate all the traditions, languages and stories of Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and affiliated Island communities, while helping to ensure their rich histories and contributions continue to thrive with each passing generation. This November and every month, we celebrate the heritage and culture of these incredible Americans who deeply enrich the quality and character of our Nation.

Please join me for our Families First Friday gathering on 12/6/24 at 9:00 in library. Learn about campus events, discover ways to get involved, meet other parents and soar together! We hope to see you there!
