Verification of Enrollment (VOE)

While the Counseling office does not handle or distribute the Verification of Enrollment forms, we often get questions about them, so we wanted to share the information with you.

Students who will be receiving their driver’s license or driver’s permit this summer will need to request a VOE by filling out the VOE Request Form.

Please allow at least 48 business hours for a response. VOE forms will be emailed to you at the address you provide.

Please do not call or email from the DMV as the request cannot be processed immediately.

Any VOE provided to students during the last 5 days of school is good for the whole summer.

Coffee with the Counselors

Thank you to every parent who joined us this year for our Coffee with the Counselors meetings. We know you have a million things to do, and knowing you choose to come meet with us and build our parent/counselor relationships means so much. We also know that not everyone can join us each time, and want to share our presentation with you.

Having a healthy relationships with our teens is something we can achieve! The insight shared from seasoned parents really helped us all grow. And remember...taking care of yourself allows you to have the capacity to take care of others!

We look forward to more CWC events in the future. Look for the 2025-26 dates to come out in August!

DARN Summer College Search Series

Greetings from the Dallas-Fort Worth Admissions Regional Network!

My name is Amy Kobuck, and I am currently serving as the College Search Series (CSS) Chair. Each summer DARN hosts our signature event, the College Search Series, in the DFW area. The College Search Series is a program where we provide high school students with all the information they need to navigate their college search as well as the opportunity to meet admissions representatives from institutions throughout the country during the college fair portion of the event.

Our College Search Series events consist of a 1-hour general College 101 session followed by a college fair with member schools. These events are free and open to the public.
Students, parents, and counselors can all register using the QR code on the flyer below or at
StriveFair.com.
