August Library Stats
WOW!!😮 In our short month of August, you checked out 472 books, Roadrunners!
The library served 23 classes, 60 individuals, and acquired 13 more books for the library!

In August...
In August it was wonderful to welcome everyone back to the Library & introduce myself to our new Roadrunners and Roadrunner Families. In Library class we discussed our number one rule in the Library -- don't do anything to hurt yourself or others -- and practiced good Library Etiquette by using Level 1 voices while we look for books & work independently. Most students were able to check out at least one book to practice our Book Care Rules at home or in the classroom. Please see if your child can remember any of the ways to care for library books.
Parent Checkout
Parents please feel free to come by the library in the morning with your child to look for books together. The library is open for parent checkout in the mornings at 7:30 (7:40 on Wednesdays, since I have morning duty until then). I can help set up a parent account for you to be able to choose books with your child, take them home, and enjoy them together.
