Meet the Main Road Principal
From the Desk of Ms. Inverso

Education Experience
I graduated from Rutgers University in Camden, NJ with a B.A. in Psychology. I have certifications in Elementary School Teacher in Grades K - 6, Teacher of Students with Disabilities, and Elementary School Teacher with Mathematics Specialization Grades 5 thru 8. In May 2023, I graduated from Wilmington University where I completed my Masters in School Leadership obtaining both principal and supervisor certifications.
I have worked in Township of Franklin Public Schools since 2012. My career began as a Special Education Teacher, with a focus in math at the Caroline L. Reutter School, where I taught for nine years. While at Caroline L. Reutter School, I served as the Special Education team leader from 2016 until 2021.
In 2021, I was named the Special Education Instructional Coach for the school district. In this role I worked closely with both the Curriculum Department and the Child Study Team to strengthen communication between school buildings and help support solid instructional practices. All of these positions helped shape me as a leader and provide me with valuable experiences to enter as Main Road Principal in November 2023. I look forward to the 2026-2027 School Year working with our Main Road family.
Beliefs in Education
It is my belief that all students can achieve their goals through guidance, hard work and perseverance. This directly aligns with the vision at Main Road School, where staff are committed to setting high academic standards for our students, while providing a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and a true love for learning. These standards help to instill confidence, build independence, and a strong work ethic that will follow our students into future endeavors. I look forward to continue building on all of these attributes to create a positive school culture at Main Road!
