The Roar Report
Dear C-L Elementary Families,
I hope this message finds you well and that you are enjoying the beautiful fall season!
We have an exciting few weeks ahead at Clarion-Limestone Elementary! From Red Ribbon Week, Open House, and Trunk or Treat to our 4th and 5th Grade Harvest Party, there is plenty to look forward to! We also have report cards and parent-teacher conferences coming up, providing great opportunities to celebrate student progress and strengthen our school-home partnership.
Please take a few moments to review this week's ROAR Report for important dates, upcoming events, and school announcements.
As always, we encourage you to stay connected and communicate with our staff about any questions, concerns, or needs you or your child may have. Working together, we can continue to make C-L Elementary a wonderful place for our students to learn, grow, and succeed!
Thank you for your continued support, and have a wonderful fall weekend!

Parent Drop-Off/Pick Up
Drop-off: Students may exit their cars at 7:45 AM. Please line up accordingly and look out for the cue from the supervising staff. Please follow their directives and remain stopped until prompted to move.
**Important Notice for Parents:**
Students will not be released without a written note or email. If you plan to pick up your child, please send a note on the first day or email elattendance@clasd.net. As student departure changes may occur throughout the year, email is the best way to ensure students are placed in the correct dismissal wave.
All student departure changes must be completed by 2:00 PM. If there is an emergency and a change to a student's departure is needed, please call the office to ensure your email is not overlooked, as departure lists are being finalized and student dismissal is being secured.
Parents may begin lining up no earlier than 2:30 PM in the designated lanes beside the Elementary Gymnasium. The timing is crucial as Head Start and other programs dismiss first. During dismissal, if the lanes are full, parents must wait in the high school bus lanes across the street until staff prompts them to join the pick-up line.
We ask that parents respect and follow the directives of the School Resource Officers and staff, as student safety is paramount and bus release must be prioritized during arrival and departure.
Students will be dismissed in waves (approximately 12 cars at a time). A staff member will be available to take your name so that students can be lined up inside accordingly in waves. Thank you for your cooperation.
DOJO is the way To GO!
Class Dojo will remain the primary way teachers communicate with parents. Through this platform, teachers can share classroom updates and send both group and private messages as needed. Teachers will set up their Class Dojos based on their classroom needs, and you should look for an invitation in your email or text messages during the first week of school. If you do not receive one, teachers may send home QR codes. Please plan to be logged into Class Dojo and use it regularly by the end of the first week. You can also use the link below
