📣 Get Involved: District Optimization Task Forces Seeking Members
Pflugerville ISD is inviting parents, staff members, and community members to get involved in our District Optimization work by serving on one of five Task Forces: Rezoning, School Closure, High School Schedule, Innovative Programming, and Real Estate. Each Task Force is grounded in the premise that every family and staff member affected by these changes should feel genuinely supported, informed, and included, not just notified after decisions are made.
We are seeking a range of perspectives on each Task Force, including parents, staff, and community members with relevant expertise — particularly for our Real Estate Task Force, which will be evaluating future uses for PfISD campus facilities that will no longer operate as schools after the 2027–28 transition.
More information about each Task Force, including its purpose, membership, and meeting schedule, is available on our website: https://www.pfisd.net/about-us/district-optimization
Parents and staff members interested in serving on a Task Force can submit an interest form here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Z7YYSDQ
Community members interested in serving on a Task Force can submit an interest form here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KQ3LT8W
Please note that due to the collaborative nature of this work, membership on each Task Force is limited, and we will not be able to accommodate every applicant. Before applying, we ask that you carefully review the meeting dates for the Task Force you are interested in and confirm you are able to attend all scheduled meetings, as consistent participation is essential to each Task Force's work.
We are grateful for our community's continued engagement as we work through this important process together.
✍🏻 Annual Forms
Annual Forms for the 2026-2027 School Year are now open. These forms are required for all students each year.
Please complete the two forms through your Skyward Parent Portal. Be sure to log in using the Parent Portal, not the Student Portal. You can reach the portal by clicking “here” at the link below.
Click to complete Annual Forms: www.pfisd.net/skyward
Please remember the following:
Complete all forms as soon as possible to ensure a smooth start to the school year. Once you complete your students’ forms, you will no longer receive this message.
The forms are available for the parent/guardian listed as Parent 1 in Skyward. If you do not see the forms, please check with other parents/guardians.
If you move over the summer, you must contact your home campus regarding your change of address. If your address change results in an attendance zone change, you must complete the online forms for the new campus. Please submit an updated proof of residency document to the new campus. New online forms will be available once the address is up-to-date in Skyward.
If you need a Skyward Family Access account or have additional questions, email Skyward support at parentportal@pfisd.net or your campus registrar. In the email to the parent portal, include your name, your student’s name, and your student’s school.
