This message contains important information for all families whose students are registered for the July 2026 Spain Trip.

To ensure that both students and parents are fully prepared for this international experience, I, Mr. Kuttler, will be hosting a series of mandatory virtual meetings via Zoom.

Meeting Schedule:

  • When: The last Tuesday of every month.

  • Time: 6:00 P.M.

  • Meeting duration: 30 minutes

  • Duration: October 2025 through June 2026.

These sessions are crucial for a smooth and successful trip. Topics to be covered but not limited to are:

  • Logistics and Legality of international travel.

  • Cultural norms in Spain and Morocco.

  • Packing essentials and suggested items.

  • Dedicated time for Q&A to address any questions you may have.

We strongly suggest that both parents and students attend to stay informed and fully prepared for this incredible journey.

Attached is the QR code for parents and students, so they may join the meeting.

Student Sick Protocol

Parents: If your student is not feeling well, the protocol is they MUST either go to the nurse or the office. We will evaluate them and then call you if we determine they need to leave. They CANNOT just text or call you.

Handbook Policy states: "If you are feeling sick in school you will need to see the school nurse and/or office secretary first. From there it will be determined if a parent/guardian needs to be notified. It is unnecessary and not following procedures when students call/text their parent/guardian before checking with the school nurse."
