Dear NES Families,

Shout out to our students for not missing a beat and jumping right back into their learning this week with a change in schedule! We hope everyone made it through the storm without much disruption.

We are excited to see all of our families this week for our first APTT meetings of the year! Reminder: Kindergarten and First grade were rescheduled to October 4th from 8:30AM - 9:30AM. We will have a special treat for the classroom with the highest number of parents attending and will celebrate families that attend all three throughout the school year with a bar-b-que picnic at the end of the year!

Congratulations to our students of the week for making great choices last week!

Invites for APTT meetings will be coming home today. Please fill out the bottom portion and return to your child's teacher to let them know if you can or cannot attend. We will be celebrating the class with the highest parent attendance for APTT and would love to have 100% of parents attend!

Below is information and logistics about the mornings of APTT Fall & Spring Meetings:

• All Meetings 8:30-9:30 a.m.

• Parents will present ID and sign in at the hallway in front of the main office

• Parents will be able to walk to the classroom for their parent team meeting at 8:25 to sign in there. Please do not attempt to enter campus prior to 8:15AM. We are still unloading buses and making sure all students have had breakfast.

• At 9:30, parents will leave classrooms so academic instruction can begin for students

If you are still having difficulty with accessing Rooms or receiving notifications from the school app, bring your cell phone and we will try to assist and troubleshoot after APTT to make sure this communication tool is up and running smoothly for you!

Monday - Baked chicken / Stromboli

Tuesday - burrito / corn dog mini's/ No Chef

Wednesday - shepherd's pie / hot dogs

Thursday - Chicken legs / riblet on a bun

Friday - Pizza / smoothie / pbj
