Dear Oak Brook Families,

At Oak Brook, the safety and well-being of our students is always our top priority. From time to time, unexpected events such as severe weather, power outages, or other emergencies may require us to dismiss students earlier than planned.

In these situations, we recognize that families may need their child to go home in a way that is different from their normal dismissal routine. To help us ensure a smooth and safe process, we are sending home an emergency dismissal form for you to complete.

This form will give us clear instructions about how you would like your child dismissed in the event of an emergency. Having this information in advance allows us to act quickly and confidently to keep your child safe and cared for during unexpected dismissals.

We ask that you fill out the form linked below. Please fill out a form for each child attending Oak Brook and try to remember to update the office any time your emergency dismissal plan changes. Thank you for your support and partnership in helping us prepare for all situations. Your cooperation ensures that every child has a safe and secure plan.
