We are excited to welcome Dr. Tony Sanders, our State Superintendent, to our school on Monday afternoon. It is wonderful to be able to show off all the great things our students and staff are doing at BH8.
This coming week is the final week of the 3rd quarter. Students will be dismissed early on Friday at 12:30pm. We will also have a fire drill on this day and kickoff our Perfect Pastries Fundraiser. We have done this fundraiser in the past and continue to do it because so many people enjoy these pastries. These funds are used for things like field trips, student incentives and more!

Students in 8th grade who have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 of higher for this school year received candidate forms to apply for our Bunker Hill Chapter of NJHS. This is a very prestigious honor. Candidacy forms should be turned in to Mrs. Strohmeier no later than March 7th.
We will notify candidates of acceptance or nonacceptance into NJHS in writing by March 14th.
The NJHS Induction Ceremony will be held on April 3rd at 6:30 in the Wolf Ridge Library.
