Port Huron High School Calendar

To keep our parking lots safe for everyone, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

• Morning Drop-Off: Please use the lane directly adjacent to the sidewalk along both the staff and student lots. Avoid using the aisles between parking spaces for drop-off, as staff and students are walking through and vehicles are attempting to park.

• Afternoon Pick-Up: Please pull up and park along the sidewalk. To ensure traffic keeps moving, do not double-park. If all sidewalk space is occupied, please park in an open parking spot.

Work permits have moved to an online format maintained by the State of Michigan. If your student is in need of a work permit, they will need to follow the new process linked here.

Please support your class by participating in Homecoming week spirit days!

Our Homecoming Parade will begin in front of Memorial Stadium and run past Roosevelt Elementary School starting at 12:00 on Friday, October 9. Following the parade, our students will run a pep assembly at Central Middle School. A reminder that school will be dismissed at 11:00 AM. The schedule will run:

1st Hour 7:35 - 7:54

2nd Hour 7:59 - 8:18

3rd Hour 8:23 - 8:42

4th Hour 8:47 - 9:06

5h Hour 9:11 - 9:30

6th Hour 9:35 - 9:54

Participants will be called at 9:45. Classes will be called to the gym starting at 9:54 in this order: Seniors (Floor), Juniors (Girls closest to hallway), Sophomores (Girls closest to aux gym), and freshmen (boys side). If AM TEC students would like to stay for the assembly, they must stop by the Attendance Office before Thursday.

Homecoming tickets will go on sale October 5 during all three lunches. The cost is $20 cash or card (Small fee for card). Guest passes are available in the main office and must be approved prior to purchasing the ticket. Tickets at the door will be $25. The Homecoming Dance is Saturday, October 17 from 7:00 PM until 10:00 PM. No admittance after 8:00 PM. Please have your ride available by 9:45 PM.

If students would like to try on a Homecoming Dress, please complete this form. The form must filled out by students only. See Ms. Grewe if you have any questions.

Students with a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher will be honored at the Academic Honors Assembly on Monday, November 9th, 2026. This assembly, for 10th, 11th & 12th grade students, will begin at 8:00 am in the Port Huron High School Gym.

Thank you to Conduit to the Trades for donating the Apprenticeship Program Wall to Port Huron High School. Students can use the QR codes for each program to find out more about the individual trades. The wall is located just outside the main office. If your student is interested in the Trades, this wall is a great place to begin!

We will have a limited amount of Red Hawk winter hats ($20), Red Hawk socks ($20), & Red Hawk vinyl stickers ($5) for sale in the main office. If you are interested in purchasing any of these items, please see Mrs. Allen.

Our Varsity Football Red Hawks are back in action this Friday at Memorial Field. Please come out to support our football players, band members, cheerleaders and dancers. Here are the Memorial Stadium expectations.
