TVUSD Annual Staff Survey

TVUSD AnnualStaff Survey October 5- November 3, 2026

TVUSD wants to hear from you! TVUSD wants to hear from you!

Every year we ask our TVUSD teachers and staff to complete a brief survey. The survey assists the Governing Board and District as we strive to continue to provide high quality, rigorous learning experiences, which meet the needs of all our learners, and prepare students for college and career readiness.

Purpose Purpose

The survey is anonymous and will be a valuable source of information as we continue to develop and update student centered instructional practices and fiscal budgets. District and staff leaders will have access to aggregate data from all staff/parents, but will not be able to view individual responses nor connect responses to any one respondent. When answering the questions, please reflect from the lens of your specific school site/work location (leadership of the site and/or professional development at the site level).

The process for developing the Local Control Accountability Plan mandates each district in California demonstrate the district is providing ample opportunities for educational partner (students, parents, and staff) feedback and engagement in the educational systems. TVUSD uses a variety of committees and surveys to demonstrate this educational partner engagement, gather recommendations, and cultivate parent-school collaboration, including but not limited to:

  • Surveys: Student, Parents, and Staff

  • ELAC: English Language Advisory Committee

  • CAP- Community Advisory Partner Committee

  • SSC- Student Site Council for Title I Schools

  • CAC- Community Advisory Committee

  • DELAC- District English Learner Advisory Committee

  • PTA- Parent Teacher Associations

The data we gather from the student, parent, and staff surveys, along with input from these committees is compiled and reported on the TVUSD State Dashboard in the Local Indicators. The district uses the data to report out how the district is performing in a variety of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Basic Services and Conditions

  • Implementation of State Academic Standards

  • Parent and Family Engagement

  • School Climate

We ask that you would take a moment to partner with us and share your insights. Thank you in advance for your time and thoughtful responses.
