Halloween Cookie Fundraiser
Are you looking for a fun way to celebrate the spooky season while supporting THS Choir and a local business? Look no further than our Cookie Decorating Kit Fundraiser with the Brown Box Cookie Shop! Please see the flyer and QR code below for information and to place your order!
Fall Fundraiser
Our annual Fall Fundraiser kick-off is on October 20th. We will be setting up for the fundraiser on this coming Wednesday, October 7. Please make every effort to ensure your child is in class that day so they are up to date and can fully participate in this year's kick-off later in the month.
All-State Camp Reimbursements
If your child received a scholarship from our Booster Club to attend an All-State camp this past summer, please submit the following to Mr. Miner to begin processing your reimbursement:
- Receipt of registration
- Proof of attendance (this could be a concert program, picture from the camp, t-shirt, etc.)
As a reminder, the scholarships cover the cost of a camp UP TO $100. Students who do not submit for reimbursement by the end of the fall semester forfeit their scholarship.
Booster Club News
Our Booster Club Executive Board will be available prior to our Fall Concert on Tuesday, October 7th. Please stop by the table for information on the club and upcoming events, sign up for volunteer opportunities, and join the booster club.
Being a member of our booster club does not mean a huge time commitment! The Boosters support the program as a team and members participate when schedules allow. Membership in the club is $20 and with it comes some NEW perks this year! Stop by the table to find out! Additionally, any parents who sign up for the booster club will be entered into a raffle for some THS choir merchandise!
Birthday Shout-Outs!
Are you looking for a fun, unique birthday surprise for your child? We are now offering Tiger Choir Birthday Shout-Outs on our Tiger Choir social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X) for parents to purchase for their child! Make it as sentimental or funny as you'd like with a picture and optional personalized message!
Please note, birthday shout-outs can ONLY be purchased by the parent/guardian of the student and all messages/pictures must be school appropriate at the discretion of Mr. Miner and the THS Administration. After you purchase your shout-out, please email a picture to Mr. Miner at daniel.miner@fortbendisd.gov. We also ask that you purchase your shout-out at least 24 hours in advance of your child's birthday.

Weekly AAC recordings will soon begin on All State Music so we want to ensure the course code gets switched as soon as possible.
Presto Assistant
Thank you so everyone so far who has logged in to Presto to sign forms and pay fees. As a reminder, all fees and most forms this year will be done via the Presto Assistant website. To access the website, please CLICK HERE. A few points below:
- If you are NEW to the THS Choir Program: You should have received several emails from Presto Assistant inviting you to finishing setting up your profile. I have already created a profile for every student and the first parent listed in Skyward. The email listed in Skyward is the email that should have received the Presto email. Please follow the directions to complete your profile set up in order to pay fees and sign required forms.
- If you are a returning parent who does not remember your Presto login, please follow the directions on the website to reset your password to access your account.
- If you have multiple students and both students do not appear in your parent account, please let me know so that I can ensure they are linked correctly.
- Presto Assistant does not allow student profiles to pay choir fees or sign forms so please ensure you are able to access your account.
I appreciate those of you who have reached out with your issues as I am working closely with the Presto team to solve individual issues and inform them on how to better streamline the platform for parents.
