PSAT/NMSQT Results will be available this week

For juniors who took the PSAT/NMSQT in October, log in to (or create) a College Board account online. PSAT/NMSQT scores will be released online on December 7. Students should log in to their College Board account to see scores and test performance details.

Get free, personalized SAT practice. The PSAT/NMSQT is great preparation for the SAT ® . Your student’s score unlocks a free, personalized practice through Official SAT Practice on Khan Academy® . Students go to satpractice.org, create an account, and link their College Board and Khan Academy accounts for a plan based on their test results.

Review AP course recommendations for next year. Student score reports identify AP® courses that are the best match for them. AP can give your student an edge in the admission process and earn them college credit while in high school, which saves time and money in college.

Holiday Book Drive

We are gathering donations of new or gently used books for students of all ages, especially teens. The books are given to Clackamas County Toy and Joy, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps local families referred by the Dept. of Human Services this time of year. There will be a book donation basket at the front of the school. Thanks for helping other readers!

Key Club Holiday Help

There are now five ways for students, staff, and interested parties to contribute to the Garland Giving project. Key Club partnered with Deno's PIzzeria, where there are three options - coat drive, food drive, and an Angel tree. We are also supporting Raphael House with donations of personal care products. A collection box will be put out in the front entrance lobby. Last but not least, there is the Key Club Garland Giving family we are supporting with gift cards. People can drop them off in the front office or students can find Ms Chiu Hardy in D27.

Reaching out to our Community to help Families in Need

We are reaching out to families who have the means to ask for help in providing some gift cards for our Pacers in need this holiday season. Target, Fred Meyer, grocery stores like Safeway, Albertsons or Winco as well as gas cards are always a blessing to families who need the support to get through the holidays. If you wish to help please bring gift cards to Corey Fivecoat in the office and we will make sure to get them to the families in need before the winter break. Thank you in advance for helping those who need a little support around this holiday season.
