    • 5th Hour and 6th Hour will flip-flop places on Friday
    • Students who purchase tickets will attend during 5th Hour
    • Agriculture students will still follow their regular schedules

On Friday, February 14th, 5th/6th Hour will switch places

6th Hour has been unable to meet numerous times this semester due to unplanned cancellations (weather, water main break, illness) and also a couple of previously scheduled assemblies. As a result, we are going to flip flop 5th and 6th Hour on Friday, February 14th so that the Fashion Show Assembly takes place near the end of the school day during 5th Hour instead of 6th Hour. This will mean that 6th Hour will meet from 1:10-2:00 and 5th Hour will meet from 2:05-2:55. Students purchasing Fashion Show tickets will miss 5th Hour on Friday, February 14. Students choosing to attend will need to make up any work assigned on Friday.

Agriculture students will still attend their regular 5th and 6th Hour classes on Friday and not follow the flip-flop schedule.

Winter Weather (Be Prepared for Remote Learning)

As these last few weeks of winter continue, please be prepared for the possibility of Remote Learning on days when school is not in-person. On a remote learning day, learning opportunities will still be taking place, but they will be in a different format than in-person learning. Please make sure to have school technology available and ready to go by 9:00am on a remote learning day so that your student may fully participate in the daily schedule. An updated daily schedule will be sent in advance of a remote learning day.

Santa Fe Earns an A on State Report Card for 2023-2024

Just before the end of First Semester, the State Department of Education released the Oklahoma State Report Cards for each public school in Oklahoma. Just like last year, Edmond Santa Fe High School has once again earned an A on our State Report Card. A number of indicators go into the report card's makeup such as academic performance, attendance, postsecondary opportunities, and support for students new to learning English. As one of the only Class 6A high schools to receive an A, we are excited to celebrate the continuing excellence of our students. Thank you for supporting Edmond Santa Fe High School and for helping us to stand out in a positive way as an elite high school in Oklahoma!

Campus Reminders

  • Before school, the doors to the building do not unlock for student access until 7:45am. Students dropped off prior to that time will need to wait in the lobby until 7:45.
  • At lunch, only Juniors and Seniors are allowed to leave campus. On random check days, any students who cannot show their student IDs will not be allowed to leave campus.
  • After school, students need to exit the building in a timely manner and leave campus.
  • Students not riding a bus after school may not wait at the bus loop.
  • Students waiting for rides after school may wait in the front Welcome Center lobby but should remain seated and respectful during that time.
  • Once students leave campus after school, they should not return later in the afternoon or evening unless they are involved in a school activity or attending a school event.
  • Students not involved in an after-school activity need to leave campus and may not remain on campus unless waiting in the front Welcome Center lobby for a ride.
  • Student-athletes waiting for rides after practice may wait at the site of their practice locations (example: track athletes wait for rides at the fieldhouse).

STUDENTS NOT FOLLOWING THE ABOVE EXPECTATIONS WILL RECEIVE APPROPRIATE DISCIPLINE CONSEQUENCES

Dress Code Expectations

School IDs are part of the student dress code. It is required that Students have their School IDs either visible on a lanyard or clip or attached to a backpack when moving around campus. Also, a School ID is required for a student to be able to purchase a lunch in the Cafeteria. School IDs are also required to be able to use a hall pass, check out a library book, or purchase items at the Financial Office or the sales windows for STUCO, DECA, FACS, and Unified Sports. Please help us by using your School ID each day at school.

Baseball hats, cowboy hats, wave caps, bandanas, stocking caps, and other headgear are not allowed as part of the daily dress code.

As it gets colder, please remember that while hoodies are okay to wear to school, the hood should not be worn in the hallways or classrooms. The hood part of the hoody covers up a student's ears and keeps a student with earbuds from being able to participate in learning. Classrooms are hoody, headgear, and earbud free zones.

It is a District Rule that cell phones are not allowed to be used during instructional time. A student should not be using a cell phone during class unless the teacher allows it as part of an instructional activity.

After-School Tutoring on Wednesdays

After School Tutoring takes place on Wednesdays in the Freshman Cafeteria. The first session is from 3:00-4:00 and the second session is from 4:00-5:00. Students who attend should plan to stay for the entire study session. Please sign up using the QR Code on the TV announcements in order to attend. This allows us to make sure that an AP or NHS tutor is present to working alongside students needing help.
