Teacher Appreciation!
We all have a teacher/s who affected us in ways that we never forget. It might be the one who taught you in a different way to help you understand, or the one who stayed after school to give you extra help. It might be the one who noticed you needed extra attention when you were too embarrassed to ask, or the one who encouraged you to take the risk. It might be the one who gave you extra money for lunch, or the one who gave you a ride when you needed it. It might be the one you leaned on during a difficult time. The list goes on and on!
A teacher's job doesn't begin and end with a lesson. It is much deeper and more personal. They care about their students from the inside out. During the week of May 2-6, we will take a few extra steps to make our teachers feel appreciated! Please reach out to your teachers and let them know how much you appreciate them. They are ROCKSTARS!
