THE COUGAR FLASH

The safety of our students while riding the bus during arrival and departure is of utmost importance. It is important for all students to be aware of bus safety and expectations even on field trips. It is important the bus drivers are able to operate the bus with minimal disruption. We need students to follow these rules while on the bus. It is imperative that the following rules are observed. Please partner with us in sharing the same expectations at home with your student(s) that we are sharing at school.

• Students enter on the bus quietly.
• Students stay seated in their seats on the bus.
• Students do not change seats or move around the bus while it is moving.
• Students keep their hands to themselves on the bus.
• Students do not eat, drink, open candy, or chew gum on the bus.
• Students check around their seats for any items or paper they may have dropped.
• Students exit the bus quietly when they arrive at their bus stop.
• Students follow instructions given by the bus driver or staff member while on the bus.
