Welcome Back, SVES! 🌼
We hope everyone had a wonderful and restful Spring Break!
Saucon Valley Elementary School will reopen on Tuesday, April 7.
PSSA Spirit Week is Coming! 🎉📚
Our school counselors have planned a fun and meaningful PSSA Spirit Week to help get our students excited, confident, and ready to do their best! We encourage all SVES students to participate as we support our 3rd and 4th graders and build healthy habits for learning.
From pajamas on Mellow Monday to showing your school spirit on Focused & RED-Y Friday, each day is designed to promote rest, teamwork, confidence, and positivity.
Let’s come together, show our SVES spirit, and cheer each other on ~ because we are ready! ❤️🖤
🐾📝 PSSA Testing ~ Spring 2026 📝🐾
This spring, our Grade 3 and 4 students will participate in the PSSA assessments in English Language Arts and Mathematics. These assessments provide an opportunity for students to demonstrate what they’ve learned and highlight their growth throughout the year. 📚❤️
We are so proud of the hard work our students have put in and are confident they are ready to do their best. Families can support their child by ensuring a good night’s sleep, offering encouragement, and helping them approach each testing day with a positive mindset. 🌟
Additional information is included below. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. We know our students are well-prepared, and we look forward to seeing them shine and show all they have learned! ✨❤️🐾

OVR 101
Dear Parents/Guardians
We are excited to announce that we will be holding a parent session title, OVR 101, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 from 4-5 pm. The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) case managers will be presenting the basics about OVR. OVR provides a wide range of services to eligible individuals with disabilities, both directly and through a network of approved vendors. Some services can help an individual overcome or lessen their disability in the adult world; others can directly help an individual prepare for a career. The services are arranged to meet an individual's needs. Not everyone will need every service. Services can include:
● Diagnostic Services
● Vocational Evaluation
● Counseling
● Training
● Restoration Services
● Placement Assistance
● Assistive Technology
● Support Services
If you are interested in participating, please register through this link. The zoom link for the event can be found here.
