A Message from the Principal:
Hello Auburn Families,
What an incredible couple of weeks we've had at Auburn Elementary! I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our amazing families, students, and staff for your tremendous support during last week's Auburn Eagles Fun Run and this week's Halloween Parade!
Both events were wonderful celebrations of school spirit and community. It was exciting to see so many families come together to support our students. A special thank you to everyone who volunteered, attended, and generously donated candy and goodies for our Halloween celebrations. Your kindness and involvement help make Auburn Elementary such a special place!
Parent-Teacher Conferences: November 4–11
We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences, November 4–11! I strongly encourage every family to make attending a priority. These conferences provide an important opportunity to discuss your child's academic progress, celebrate successes, address concerns, and strengthen the partnership between home and school.
When families and teachers work together, our students benefit! Your involvement truly makes a difference in your child's educational journey.
Important Arrival and Dismissal Reminders
As we continue working to maintain a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process, I want to share a few friendly reminders:
Morning Arrival: If your student arrives after 8:35 a.m., you must park, come into the building, and sign your child in.
Dismissal: Our dismissal process is currently taking less than 10 minutes! We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we work to make the process even smoother.
Safety First: Please follow all traffic procedures, staff directions, and designated pickup and drop-off areas. These expectations are in place to protect our students, families, and staff.
We understand that arrival and dismissal can be busy times, and we appreciate your patience and understanding. A few extra moments of patience can make a tremendous difference in keeping everyone safe.
Thank you again, Auburn families, for your generosity, encouragement, and continued partnership. Together, we are creating a school community where every child feels supported, valued, and inspired to succeed.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Blessings in a Backpack is Back
Rising food costs can make weekends difficult for many families, and no child should have to worry about being hungry. Blessings in a Backpack helps by sending home a bag of kid-friendly meals and snacks with students each Friday so they have what they need over the weekend. Foods may include things like macaroni and cheese cups, granola bars, fruit cups, or crackers.
This program is offered at no cost to families, and food is distributed discreetly and with care. If this would be helpful for your family, we encourage you to sign up! Just complete the form provided by your child’s school and return it as soon as possible, or use the link below. (Please note any food allergies—parents are responsible for checking labels when the food comes home.)
