Sign Up for a Birthday Sign
Have a sign delivered to your yard the week of your student's birthday! Perk for PTA members only. Signs are delivered the week of your student's birthday and picked up the following week.
- Each family must request a PTA Birthday Sign each year. Anyone who signed up prior to August 1, 2025 will not receive a sign between August 2025 - July 2026 unless they complete a new form.
- One form must be submitted for each child
- Please make every effort to sign up well in advance of your child's birthday to assist with planning efforts

Smart Tag for the Bus
This school year, the SMART Tag web-based Parent Portal will be replaced by the Smart Tag app.
The SMART Tag app notifies parents when their child’s bus is on its way to pick up, or drop off, at the student’s designated stop. It also provides instant updates about delays, route alterations, or emergencies. App can be downloaded on both Android and Apple devices. https://tinyurl.com/4memyrye
Communication Devices Rules
All personal communication devices must remain turned off and out of sight from the first bell to dismissal.
While students may still bring personal communication devices to campus, use during the instructional day is strictly prohibited. Any device that is visible or in use during instructional hours will be considered a violation of the Student Code of Conduct and may result in disciplinary action.
K-TEAM Fall Conference
October 21st
K-TEAM Conference is a seminar for parents and guardians of immigrant students, emergent bilingual students in EE-12 participating in an ESL, or bilingual program. This conference will provide information about Katy ISD programs and services that benefit your child and family. Join us on Thursday, October 21, 2026 at the Robert R. Shaw Center for STEAM. Audition for Taylor High School's Frozen
Taylor High School's Mustang Theatre Department is inviting elementary students to audition for their production of Frozen the Musical. Auditions will be held October 28th at 5:30pm in the THS PAC.
