• This April, we are encouraging our students to look ahead. Our theme for the month is "Dreaming Big: Setting Life Goals."

  It's never too early to start imagining who you want to be or what you want to achieve. A "big life goal" isn't just about what you want to be when you grow up; it can also be about the kind of person you want to become. These goals are about character (like "being a kind friend"), learning a new skill ("coding video games"), or exploring a passion (like "playing an instrument" or "starting a garden").

  Setting a large goal can feel overwhelming. The key is teaching our students that big goals are achieved by taking small steps. This month, we want to empower them to identify their passions, imagine their wildest dreams, and learn how to take that first exciting step towards them.

  Let’s help our children build the confidence to chase their dreams, one small action at a time! Use the "Big Life Goal Challenge" chart with your student to get the conversation started.
