Acacia Elementary School

Thank you for another great week! We are moving into Fall and still hoping for some cooler weather,

Fall conferences are the week of 9/21-9/25. Students will be dismissed at 12:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday is a full conference day, so students do not attend school that day. During conferences, we will discuss your child’s progress thus far. This is also a time to discuss GATE screening for students in 3rd-7th grade. If you are interested in the screening process for your child, please discuss this with your child’s teacher during your conference.

We are also looking forward to our first Family Picnic of the year on Friday, September 25, from 11:30 a.m.–12:25 p.m. All families are invited to join their students for lunch! As a reminder, umbrellas and EZ-Ups are not permitted during the picnic. We hope to see you there!

Warmly,

Rachel McCormick

Principal
