Osceola Interagency Transition Team
2024-2025
Mission OITT
We are excited to introduce the Osceola Interagency Transition Team, a collaborative effort dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals aged 12-22 with disabilities. This committee brings together a diverse range of agencies committed to providing comprehensive support and opportunities that foster independence, empowerment, and a higher quality of life for these young individuals.
Our mission, "Through interagency collaboration, enhance the quality of life for all individuals ages 12-22 with disabilities in Osceola County," reflects our collective commitment to not only address the immediate needs of these individuals but also to lay the groundwork for their future success and well-being.
This flyer provides an overview of all participating agencies and the unique contributions they bring to our committee. It is intended for staffing specialists working within the school district, serving as a resource to better understand the network of support available to students with disabilities as they transition from school to adult life.
We believe that by working together, sharing resources, and coordinating efforts, we can make a significant impact on the lives of these young individuals. Thank you for your interest and support in this vital initiative.
