Richmond Hill Athletics News- May 2025 Richmond Hill Athletics News- May 2025

Message from the Athletic Director

As we close out the 2024–2025 school year, we want to take a moment to reflect on what has been another incredible year for Richmond Hill Athletics, Richmond Hill High School, and our great community!

To our senior student-athletes, congratulations on reaching the finish line of your high school journey. Graduation on May 16th will mark the culmination of years of dedication—not just in the classroom, but in the weight room, on the practice field, in the film room, and in every competition where you proudly represented Richmond Hill. Your leadership and example have left a legacy that will inspire those who follow. We are proud of you and excited for the future that awaits.

We are also proud to share that Richmond Hill High School has once again captured the Region 1-6A All Sports Trophy. This achievement is a reflection of the commitment, consistency, and success of every program across our athletic department. It’s not the result of one team—it’s the result of every athlete, coach, and supporter working together toward a championship standard.

Equally important, our student-athletes continued to achieve at a high level academically, posting a department-wide GPA of 3.52. That number represents who we are at our core: committed to excellence in all areas and driven by the belief that success in the classroom builds the foundation for success in life.

As the year draws to a close, our spring sports are competing in GHSA State playoffs and championships. Our athletes and coaches continue to make us proud with their effort, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit. We look forward to seeing how these final chapters of the season unfold.

To our coaches, thank you for your leadership and mentorship. To our teachers and staff, thank you for supporting our athletes day in and day out. To our parents and community, thank you for your constant encouragement and presence. And to our student-athletes—thank you for your passion, discipline, and Wildcat pride.

As we head into summer, we’re grateful for all that has been accomplished and excited for what lies ahead. The standard has been set, and the future of Richmond Hill Athletics is bright.

Go Wildcats!
