We would like to welcome Eva Marks as our new librarian! She brings many years experience as a teacher in the Bangor School Department to this new role. We are very excited to have her! 📚

NWEA Assessments are this week, Tuesday-Thursday. Please ensure your child gets a good night's rest, eats breakfast (at home or school), and arrives on time to school as our testing begins promptly at 9:10 each day.

💡 Reminders 💡 Reminders

1. Homework

Monday- Thursday, your child will likely have homework to complete. Per policy (IKB), students get around 10 minutes per grade level (40-50 min in grades 4-5). This is usually split between math and reading. If you have questions, please feel free to reach out to the office.

2. After School Activities

Please have a conversation with your child about how they will get home once after school activities are done (bus, car, walk) prior to school that day. Thank you!

3. School Forms

We sometimes send home forms to be completed. Please fill these out and send them back to school in a timely manner. Thank you!

4. Car Line Dismissal

Please remember to pull all the way to the very first cone in line, OR to the car right in front of you. Parking mid way down the line where the students are standing jams up our traffic flow. This applies even in inclement weather.

Attendance Attendance

Week of:

9/21:

GRADE 4- 95.52% 🎉

GRADE 5- 95.51% 🎉

9/28:

GRADE 4- 97.4% 🎉

GRADE 5- 96.5% 🎉

So much to celebrate with our school wide attendance! 95% is our weekly goal for each class and so far we have been meeting that target. We appreciate your support in the importance of your child's education!
