Please take some time to read the information. We encourage you to sign your child up to be able to be seen by the your child's school wellness center. We realize that sickness and absences are inevitable; this is why we have created the submission links for parents and have the wellness center's available.

Parents and the school also need to be able to identify when students are avoiding school.
