Future Focused
Unlocking Potential, Cultivating Future Pathways
Hello November!
Happy STEM/STEAM Day!
Aisha Bowe’s journey to success proves that big dreams can lead to incredible achievements. After earning aerospace engineering degrees from the University of Michigan, she worked at NASA’s Ames Research Center, helping to develop technology that improves air traffic safety. She didn’t stop there, she founded STEMBoard, a company that provides engineering solutions to the U.S. government, and later created LINGO, a coding kit that helps kids learn technology skills at home. Through her work, Aisha is making STEM education more accessible and showing young people, especially Black youth, that they belong in the world of science and technology.
