PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE 💖
👋 Hello Bobcat Families,
So who are you rooting for...Chiefs or Eagles? As for me, I'm just in it for the snacks! 🏈🌭🍉🥨 One of our 3rd grade kiddos will be at Super Bowl thanks to the American Heart Association. Try to find a Bobcat in the crowd!
Remember there is no school this Friday 2/14 or Monday 2/17 due to the Presidents' Day holiday.
See you soon!

100TH DAY OF SCHOOL FUN
VALENTINE'S DAY 💝🍭🍬
As Valentine's Day approaches, please remember to abide by our EUSD nutrition policy. We do not allow outside candy or food. We encourage Valentine cards and non-food items if students would like to pass out valentines. Please contact your child's teacher for questions.
I had so much fun with the Bobcats who won the raffle for Lunch with the Principal. We ate popcorn, played games, had popsicles, and they got to pick multiple prizes from my prize box.
WRITING CELEBRATION 📝🥳🎉
Awesome job to all our Bobcats who were honored at this year's Writing Celebration! One student per grade level was chosen to be honored for their amazing writing. Thanks also to all the teachers who showed up to cheer for our students! Go Bobcats!

ATTENDANCE MATTERS ✅
Help us reach our attendance goal of 94% average daily attendance!
Regular student attendance plays a critical role in our collective mission to ensure every student achieves their fullest potential.
Why Attendance Should Be a Top Priority:
Academic Achievement: Regular attendance is fundamental to student success. Each school day is a building block in the learning process. Consistent attendance helps students keep up with coursework, understand key concepts, and perform better academically.
Social and Emotional Development: School is a place where students develop crucial social skills and emotional resilience. Frequent absences can hinder their ability to form strong relationships with peers and teachers, impacting their overall development.
Future Opportunities: Consistent attendance is linked to higher graduation rates and better long-term outcomes, including higher education and career prospects. By prioritizing attendance, we are directly contributing to students' future success.
School Culture: Regular attendance fosters a positive school culture and enhances the learning environment for everyone. It creates a sense of community and ensures that all students have equal access to the resources and support they need.
