Dear Hutchison Farm Families!

Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year! We are racing through summer and eagerly awaiting the return of our Huskies here at Hutchison Farm!

As we fuel up for a new school year together, please embrace our "race car" theme: Driven to Achieve, Powered by Belonging that we began last year--We plan to expand it this year and hope you enjoy it with us!

As you begin preparing for the start of school, please review the important dates and information below to plan accordingly.

We look forward to seeing you all very soon and will be sending additional information before the green flag will wave on August 17th!

Families will be advised to update or confirm student information in ParentVUE. Once families have updated student information, families will be able to view their student's bus schedules and classroom/teacher assignments on Wednesday, August 12th.

• If you do not have a ParentVUE account, please contact the main office to request an Activation Letter.
• Families are also invited to check out the LCPS First Day webpage for key information to help prepare for a successful school year.

Bus and class schedules (classroom/teacher assignments) will be available on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. It is requested that families access their information in ParentVUE following these staggered intervals to help avoid system overload:

• 9:00 a.m.- High School Families
• Noon- Middle School Families
• 2:00 p.m.- Elementary School Families

As the transportation office continues to make updates to student transportation, parents/guardians are asked to check transportation information the evening before the first day of school and periodically through the year for any changes.

By 8:00 a.m. on August 13, 2026 classroom teacher Back-to-School presentations will be sent to all families (through ParentVUE).

By 8:00 a.m. on August 13, 2026 specialists' video presentations will be available for viewing on the school website.

On August 14, 2026 from 9:00-10:30 a.m. all students in grades PK-5 are invited to our Open House (with their parents/guardians).

This is a wonderful opportunity for students and families to tour the school, visit their assigned classrooms, and meet all of their teachers!
