March 2026 Newsletter

Welcome, March! As the saying goes, “in like a lion, out like a lamb”—let’s hope for a mild few weeks as we look forward to our beloved Spring Break. We are so proud of our Blue Angels as they wrap up the third quarter of school. Thank you for the wonderful support you give your children each day. Your partnership makes all the difference!

As we look ahead, we are already preparing for the upcoming school year with plans for increased enrollment and even more parent involvement—both of which we are truly grateful for. In the meantime, as your children grow and outgrow their uniforms, please consider donating gently used items to bless other families in our school community.

We are entering the fourth quarter, and while it may feel like a long stretch until the last day of school, we are excited about all that is ahead. Take a deep breath as we work together to finish the 25–26 school year strong. So many fun activities and special moments are coming—get ready for a fantastic finish!

March 9-13: Scholastic Book Fair.

March 13: Donuts with Grown Ups 7:15am.

March 13: BINGO Night 7pm.

March 17: St Patrick's Day. Wear green with uniform bottom.

March 19: IHM Night at Chic Fila Maumelle 5pm-8pm.

March 20: NO SCHOOL. P/T Conferences.

March 23-27: Spring Break!

Guidelines for Ordering Lunch

Procedure: Contact the school office.
Deadline: To order school lunch. Order must be placed by 9:00am.
After 9:00 am: Student musty bring lunch to school.

Unity Hours 2025/2026

Families are required to volunteer 10 hours per school year.

Polish Karnawal 2026

As part of IHM's school volunteer hours requirment, we ask parents to contribute thier time and service through participation our annual Karnawal festival. 10 hours per 2 parent family and 5 hrs per single parent family. All commitments must be honored. If you fail to fulfill your obligation a $500 will be required. Thank you for your continued support! SCHOLARSHIP FOR 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR

LEARNS:

Can the registration fees for the 2026-27 school year be paid with this year’s EFA funds?

Yes! If you have the funds available. Please REQUEST it to be billed in Q3.
If registration gets paid in full and your students tuition is short we will bill your FACTS account for the remaining Tuition unpaid.

2026-207 LEARNS Renewal Applications:

The link will be emailed out to families the first week of March.
Remind open through June 1st
Returning students are required to complete an application.
2026-27 Funding Amounts: net amount to the student after transaction fees

Non-Succeed - $7208 total; $1802 quarterly
Succeed - $8011 total; $2002.75 quarterly

ACE:

Applications for 2026-2027 for new and returning students will open on Monday, February 2nd, 2026.

Applications will close on Tax Day, April 15th, at 11:59 p.m.
