Sunset Principal Notes

We were so excited to welcome our kindergarten students this week, and it’s been wonderful to see their excitment to be in school! As we finish our second week, everyone is beginning to settle into routines, make new friends, and get comfortable in their classrooms. It’s hard to believe it’s only been two weeks—our days have been so busy and productive that it already feels like we’ve been together much longer. I’m looking forward to a great year ahead with all of our students.

Tuesday September 9th- NO SCHOOL

• Practices: Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:30–4:30 PM (pick up behind the school at 4:30 PM).
• Key Dates:
  • Practice Race: Friday, September 26th
  • City Championship Race: Saturday, October 18th (afternoon)

• Volunteers needed:
  • Fill out the Volunteer Assurance Form to volunteer.
