Parent-Teacher Conferences are here – mark your calendars for Oct. 29 from 3:30-7:30 p.m., and Oct. 30 from 10 a.m.- 8 p.m! This will be a great opportunity to discuss your student's progress and connect with their teachers.

To sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences, please view the Parent-Teacher Conference spreadsheet (click here!), click the links for each teacher you'd like to meet with, and schedule an appointment through Google Calendar. Once you have successfully signed up for a conference, both you and the teacher will receive an email confirmation with the appointment details. Please ensure you sign up for conferences within 24 hours of your preferred date and time.

Also, please consider supporting Timberland by stocking the teacher's lounge by donating snacks from Amazon here. This is a simple but meaningful way to show appreciation for our teachers. During the long days of parent-teacher conferences, having quick snacks and drinks available gives our staff the energy to stay focused and engaged with families. Your donation helps create a welcoming, supportive space for teachers, reminding them that our school community values the time and care they dedicate to our students.

When reporting an absence, you may either email us attendance.timberland@wsdr4.org or call 636-327-3988. If you are reporting a late arrival or early dismissal for a student, you may do so ahead of time. Just email or call us and we will provide the student with an Early Release Pass. Please note that there is a 2:00 p.m. cut off for dismissals for the safety of all students.

Please provide the following information when reporting an absence, late arrival, or an early dismissal: contact's name, student's first and last name, and the reason (please be as specific as possible).

Students will check in or check out on the kiosk at the Attendance Office using their Student ID Badge (located on the Focus App or the laminated barcode card).

If your child is healthy and able, prioritize their attendance and make a difference in their educational success! Every minute matters. Every day counts. However, we know things come up and want to partner with your family, so please let us know if there's anything we can do to help support your student.

Timberland’s Interact Club is kicking off our annual Turkey Drive from November 5-19! We’re collecting donations to help provide turkeys for local families in need, with a goal of raising $500. If we hit our goal, Mr. Winklemann will proudly strut through the halls in a full turkey costume on the last day before break! Plus, every donation enters you into a drawing for a QT gift card. So give generously and join in the fun!
