GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH DONATES TO SAM'S CLOSET
Leigha Long, a Student Council representative at Sturgis Brown High School, accepted a $675 donation from Grace Lutheran Church. The check was presented by Grace Lutheran Church pastors Kevin Jensen and Carla Nelson, with the funds designated for Sam’s Closet, a program that provides clothing, food and essential items to students in need at SBHS.
Sam’s Closet relies on community support to continue serving students throughout the school year.
Sturgis Brown High School officials and Student Council members expressed appreciation for the contribution and for the partnership with Grace Lutheran Church in supporting students and strengthening the school community. Photo by Tim Potts, Pioneer.
