My Dear Children:

I rejoice to see you before me today, happy youth of a sunny and fortunate land.

Bear in mind that the wonderful things you learn in your schools are the work of many generations, produced by enthusiastic effort and infinite labor in every country of the world. All this is put into your hands as your inheritance in order that you may receive it, honor it, add to it, and one day faithfully hand it on to your children.

Hello AMC Families,

I can't believe AMC is at the end of another school year... as we have worked intently to keep growing as a school community, great things are happening. For example, Spring MAP scores are AMAZING- did you know... 11% more AMC students are proficient in math this Spring compared to last Spring and 6% more AMC students are proficient in Reading! Wow, that is an accomplishment and one to be proud of; thank you AMC Staff, you are incredible!! Also, did you know the contractor for AMC's new school will be approved at the June 15th assembly meeting and the groundbreaking for the new school will occur shortly after? And.... what's BEST... is American Charter has had more parent/grandparent volunteers this year than ever. Truly, to have a thriving, growing school it takes everyone! I am very honored and proud to witness the school community working together to support students!

As always, thank you for partnering with AMC as we 'Achieve Academic Excellence Together.'

See you in August,

Ms. Farren
