A very Happy Fall Season to you all~

As you have heard in the Elks.org newsletter, growth in membership is very important to the Grand Lodge.

“Here’s where Colorado stands as of September 26th:

1,138 new members have already been added this year. 292 candidates are waiting to be initiated. That’s 1,430 individuals who have already said “Yes!” to the Colorado Elks. Now it’s up to us to turn those “Yes” responses into proud, active Elks.”

Our numbers are good, but not as good as the State’s percentages. The State has a 6.6% membership growth while we are currently at a 4.9% growth. This may be because we did such a great job last year, we added over 14% in new membership just last year.

If you know someone that you think would make a good Elk, don’t be shy, ask them if they would be interested in joining our great organization. Let them know about all the great things that we do for our vets, our children and our local community. We all need to let other people know about the Elks.

Remember BPOE also stands for the “Best People On Earth.”

FOR 2025 – 2026 THE PER MEMBER PER CAPITA HAS

BEEN RAISED TO $5.15

This the Lodge needs to concentrate on increasing our participation in the

Fidelity Club. It is the easiest way for the Lodge to give back to the community in

the of grants. We give grants to the community nonprofits to support their

programs. When the Lodge makes all their targets set by ENF we gain extra

money for grants. Please visit https://www.elks.org/enf to donate via the Fidelity

Club or use the QR code.

Thank you to the volunteers that helped at the VA Hospital today. Beth Edwards, Robert Burns, Jared Leimer, A. Gonzales and G. Gonzales. Thx to Robert for driving and special mention to Beth who had this special sign and flyers printed up and gave them to us specifically for our events at the VA Hospital.

A total of $91.61 was spent. An expense report with the receipt will be forwarded this week.

Another successful event. Thank you all!
