AES Monthly Update
September 1, 2025

Brief Message From the Principal
The school year has started off wonderfully, thank you for sending us your special little people everyday! I have a couple quick reminders that will help us have a smooth school year:
1. Please make sure to pull all the way forward when you are doing car riders drop off or pick up!
2. If your student is absent, please call the attendance line to report their absence. 217-268-4703, option 1.
This month's newsletter highlights some accomplishments of our school, upcoming dates, our attendance challenge, and much more! Pictured here are two 5th grade students that earned so many Rider Bucks for great behavior, they were able to purchase lunch with the principal! Make sure to ask your student about Rider Bucks and how they are earning them at school!
Looking forward to seeing your student back at school tomorrow!
