The Success Criteria are what students are expected to proficiently demonstrate by the end of the specified quarter and throughout the school year to ensure they are meeting grade level expectations based upon South Carolina State Standards in the identified content area. As a parent/guardian, the Success Criteria will help guide you as you work with your child. As partners in your child’s education, your school and child’s teacher are always willing to assist you and your child in order to ensure success.

HEC Families, we are encouraging students, faculty, staff, and parents to wear red on Friday, October 25 for Red Ribbon Week. Thank you for your support and cooperation.

The HEC Leader In Me Learning Committee is sponsoring a Storybook Pumpkin Walk for our students. Families are welcome to decorate a pumpkin and enter it for a contest. H. E. Corley Elementary School is a Title 1 School, and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title 1 school you are an important part of the Title 1 team. Your input is vital in planning and the implementation of the parent and family engagement program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title 1 programs is to help students meet the same high academic achievement standards expected of all children, regardless of their socioeconomic status and background.
