QHS Weekly Update

From Mrs. Meyer's Desk:

As we begin the new semester, I'd like to take a moment to reflect on the weeks leading into our winter break and celebrate the joy and connection that filled our campus. We graduated our first student of 25-26 - Congratulations to Aaron Trevino for a successful completion of his high school career! Our 10 Days of Christmas Dress-Up Challenge brought so much festive spirit, and we loved seeing staff and students participate! Thank you to everyone who helped make it such a fun way to end the semester! Congratulations to Nevaeh Downey, the winner of our $25 Amazon gift card drawing.

Campus staff also joined in on some friendly holiday fun with our “Do You Have a Santa in Your Pocket?” game. Congratulations to Mr. VanDer Stoep, who collected the most Santas and took home the $10 Starbucks gift card - well played, sir!

We officially kicked off the spring semester yesterday and were excited to welcome several new students to our campus community. We are also launching a new Life-Ready Leadership series during PACK time, which will guide our work together throughout the semester.

As we move forward, our collective focus is clear: academic progress and crossing the finish line strong, with graduation right around the corner. This semester is about finishing what we started, supporting one another, and celebrating every milestone along the way. We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful to be back together as we begin this next chapter.
