Important Daily Reminders:

Please bring your ID when you pick up your student(s).
If your student(s) will not be attending, please email both Ms. Jackie, Ms. Sara and Ms. Dori! You may also call 858-487-2510 to let us know. If we are not aware that your child will not be attending, we do look for them after school and reach out to parents/guardians to ensure that they are safe. Thank you for your help with this!
ESS Closes at 6:00pm Monday-Friday. All students must be picked up by then. Late fees must be assessed to ALL accounts if your child is picked up after 6:00pm. (1-10 minutes: $1 per min, 11-30 minutes= $30,31-60 minutes= $60) Four late pick-up occurrences will result in a two-day temporary pause in program services for your child. ESS services will be discontinued after six late pick-ups per year (August to July).
Please be sure to finish or pause phone conversations BEFORE coming into the building to sign your student out. It is important that we can communicate information about your child’s day with you if needed. Thank you for your understanding
Student activity calendars are posted by the front door. These are the activities planned by staff each month for the students!
If you are checking your student out during school hours, in order to attend ESS that day they must be checked back in to school before the release time.(1:45pm for TK-5th)

September 29th- ESS/School Closed

November 11th- ESS/School Closed

November 24th-November 28th- ESS/School Closed

December 22nd-January 2nd- ESS/School Closed

When you are signing in and out your student, please make sure it is only an approved pick up person doing the signing. Kids can not touch the iPads(Middle school and up can if they are on the pick up list)! You can not call ahead to have your student called up before you arrive, unless it is an emergency situation.
