TALON TALK
π¬ Principal's Message
Hello Reynolds Families,
STAAR testing begins next week on Wednesday, April 8th with our first assessment - 6th, 7th, & 8th grade ELAR. Each week, students on our campus will be taking a STAAR test, and we'll wrap up STAAR season with our Math assessment on April 21st.
Our students have been made ready, exceptionally prepared, and focused through the efforts of our amazing Reynolds educators. Your children are well-equipped to show what they know, and we're confident in the work they've put in throughout the year.
How You Can Support at Home
As we move through testing season, please make sure your child:
- Gets plenty of rest the night before each test
- Eats a good breakfast on testing days
- Arrives to school on time and ready to focus
Wind Ensemble - Music for All Performance
We are incredibly proud of our Wind Ensemble for their outstanding performance at the Music for All event! Our students represented Reynolds beautifully and showcased the exceptional talent and hard work they've put in all year. They did wonderfully, and it showed!
A huge thank you to all the parent volunteers who supported our students throughout the trip. Your time, energy, and encouragement made a real difference, and we couldn't have done it without you. We're grateful for such a supportive Reynolds community!
We appreciate your partnership in helping our students perform their best.
Dr. Jess Mullins
Principal, Reynolds Middle School
