I hope that you and your family are enjoying your summer so far! Summer is a wonderful time to relax, make memories, and recharge for another exciting school year ahead. While we hope you are taking time to enjoy all that summer has to offer, we also wanted to share a few important updates and opportunities as we prepare to welcome our Falcons back to school in August.

New Student Registration
New Student Registration Dates/Times:
Daytime - Tuesdays and Thursdays June 16th through July 16th @ The Jett Center 8AM-3PM
Late Registration Days & Hours
Evening - Jett & Milam - Wednesday June 17th & 24th, July 1st & 8th 4PM - 7PM
Families may register in person during the times listed above. Please bring the required registration documents, including proof of residence, birth certificate, immunization records, and parent identification.

School-Parent Compact
At Ford Elementary, we value the partnership between home and school. Each year, we review our School-Parent Compact to ensure it reflects the commitments we all make to support student success.
We would love your feedback! If you have suggestions or ideas about how our school, families, and students can work together to promote academic excellence, please share them with us. Your voice matters, and your input helps strengthen our school community.
We will hold two different Feedback meetings virtually via Teams. After the two Feedback meetings, a meeting will be held to approve the School-Parent Compact. Please see below for the dates, times, and Teams links.
Feedback Meeting Dates & Times
Approval meeting will be held on June 25th at 10:00 AM. Parents may attend this meeting in person or via Teams.
Library Summer Hours
Keep your child reading all summer long! Reading just a few minutes each day helps students maintain and strengthen the skills they learned during the school year.
Our library will be open during the month of July for students and families to check out books.
We hope to see many of our Falcons enjoying a great book this summer!
