Get the latest information on what's going on with Marshall County 4-H! Enrollment is in full swing. Members and Volunteers can sign up now for the new 4-H year.
Here are some helpful tips:
- Please keep all contact, emergency contact, and email information correct and current. This is how we contact you!
- If you are interested in getting information on any particular projects, please sign up for them. You are not committed to any projects you sign up for, but this is how we will share upcoming workshop information or project specific information to you. So if you think you may want info on a particular project, sign up!
- Read all of your 4-H communications carefully. There is a lot of information shared through out the year, and many times changes happen without notice. It's good practice to read your emails and check out your Club TeamReach/FB pages regularly!
- When the new 4-H Handbooks are posted, read through them. Projects are updated yearly and outlined changes are in RED text. Never assume that your project guidelines are the same each year.

Volunteer Income Tax Assistance
Purdue Extension is now a VITA grant recipient, expanding access across Indiana by partnering with local communities, training volunteers, and helping residents improve their financial well-being. This collaboration aligns with Purdue Extensionโs mission to empower communities through research-based resources and education, enhancing financial stability for individuals and families across the state.
This important program is made possible through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) grantโan IRS initiative that supports free tax preparation service for underserved communitiesโand in partnership with the United Way of Howard/Tipton Counties. Together, this effort helps low-to-moderate income individuals, persons with disabilities, older adults, and those with limited English proficiency file their taxes each year.
