Dear West Seneca Central School Community,
Board Trustee Zach Armstrong recently announced that he and his family intend to relocate out of state in July. As a result, Zach will be resigning from his position as a school board trustee.
Zach served the West Seneca Central School District as a board trustee since July 1, 2025. Beyond this service, Zach has been a champion of West Seneca and our community. Whether holding a back-to-school supply drive at his barber shop, hosting a fundraiser for a local charity, providing free haircuts to vets or raising awareness of suicide prevention, Zach has been a generous leader in West Seneca. His volunteerism, civic action, and desire to help others will certainly be missed by our entire community.
The Board will be meeting in the near future to discuss the legal options before us related to the vacancy created by Zach’s anticipated resignation from our school board. Once the date and time of this special board meeting and executive session is established, we will provide our required public notice of the meeting.
Please join us in thanking Zach for his service to our school community and to the greater West Seneca community. We wish him and his family the very best in this next chapter.
