Solar System Superheroes

Your task is to create a new superhero! This superhero will represent one of the other 7 planets in our solar system: Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, or Neptune.

**You may not choose Earth.

Everything about your superhero needs to be connected to the characteristics of your planet (color, temperature,weather, surface features, etc).

• A Name - What is your superhero’s name?

• Costume - What does your superhero wear?

• Superpower - What makes them special?

For each aspect of your superhero, you must provide an EXPLANATION of HOW the traits relate to the planet.

You can draw your superhero OR can use a website to create it digitally (make sure to take a screenshot).

Your final product, including a picture of your superhero AND your explanations need to be on: one poster OR one google doc.

**You may choose to work with a partner or by yourself. HOWEVER, your teacher must APPROVE your partnership before you begin.**
